MATERIAL AND FINISHES
Crafted for Excellence

Multi Compound (Kraftwood Exclusive)
It's a smooth, seamless, sleek, and durable material available in 48 distinctive colors, with a customized choice of base material on marine plywood (BWP 710) and HDMR. This material is resistant to moisture and scratches, making it ideal for the kitchen environment where spills and splashes are common. Additionally, it enables a renewable feature even after more than 5 years by applying buffing to the surface.

Membrane
Membrane shutters are a classic choice in the furniture and interior design industry due to their versatility and aesthetic appeal. They are made by applying PVC thermolaminates on High-Density Fiberboard (HDF) or High-Density High Moisture Resistant (HDHMR) boards using a membrane press. This process allows for seamless edges and a smooth fnish. They can be customized with various details like grooves, routing, and flutes, providing endless design possibilities. This makes them suitable for a wide range of styles and preferences.

PU Finish
Polyurethane (PU) shutters offer a customized color choice for both exterior and kitchen applications due to their aesthetic and sleek appearance. PU shutters for kitchens and wardrobes are typically made by spray-painting MDF with high-gloss auto-coat paint and then covering them with a clear polyurethane finish. They offer a seamless, glossy or matte finish that is available in vibrant colors.

Lacquered Glass
Lacquered glass is a type of decorative glass that features a color coating applied to one of its surfaces. This coating is made from a durable and opaque lacquer, which is baked and cured to ensure a strong bond with the glass.

Krystal Acrylic
Acrylic is a synthetic material that is non-toxic and highly durable. This finish is known for its high-gloss, reflective surface and matte options, which give a sleek and modern look to kitchens and wardrobes.

UV Finish
UV (Ultraviolet) kitchen shutters are created by painting boards and then coating them with a UV protection layer. This process gives them a high-gloss finish/matte finish and makes them resistant to fading and damage from sunlight. They have a superior gloss quality compared to other finishes, which can make your kitchen look sleek and modern.

Laminated
Laminate kitchen shutters are a popular choice for modern kitchens due to their durability, ease of maintenance, and aesthetic appeal. These shutters are typically made by pressing laminate sheets over materials like plywood, MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), or HDF (High Density Fiberboard), making them sturdy and long-lasting.
